By understanding your business & its people we will ensure the set up of the most effective project team structure.
The planning of the project/programme will include the production & ongoing maintenance of an agreed project plan including the tracking of progress against key milestones. All actions, changes, issues, risks will be reviewed & managed throughout the project/programme lifecycle & is with all elements, maintained within a standardised file structure.
All of this will be underpinned by pre agreed regular Quality Reviews. Our approach does not end with just a formal documented project closure. We look to explore lessons learned & scheduled post project reviews to assess the longer term benefits of the project against the original objectives & then asses the need of future project/programme changes.
